We still do IRP's on the floor during impact hours, pack out, etc.
We do not even honor impact hours! Aisle blockers are up daily during peak hours and customers cant even shop. Grills and wheel barrows are built in aisle 50, lumber. The entire aisle is inaccessible. Then, mo--n managers have us all walk dozens of each to the far opposite end of building. This took 2 hours yesterday.
After that, (we are specialists by the way) we had to "get with someone" (manager couldnt even assign becauce no one is there / he has no one) to "help me" put up all these pallets that were just dumped in the insulation aisle. They were all OSLG product such as ortho and fertilizer.
When I told mo--n boy manager you cant put this stuff with pressure treated wood, he said just do it.

Luckily, the wood saw button went off, three customers then needed product dropped (no one in lumber), and then we had cashier lines 15 customers long so I walked away from top stocking hazmat.
This new Lowe's is the absolute dumbest place on earth.
