COS - about 75% - to 80% as best I can tell.
These are devastatingly bad turnover numbers. While some turnover is fine in HCL’s eyes, these staggering numbers are unsustainable to have clean business operations. The numbers will show this in the second quarter. Whoever planned this at Xerox or HcL should be terminated for gross incompetence. This will reduce the sale price by a significant amount. This is amateur hour by people that claim to be experts. Nice job Mr Icahn - you are slipping old man.
CAR 75%
the “plan” is only to retain sales and some service. All other functions will be centralized.
THEY don’t care about the rest. In fact THEY wish all the rest would disappear. AND THEY consider sales and service to be commodity hires easily replaceable.
DONT YOU GET IT???
I would hope 100% of all cores are looking! My core is small, people are "aware" of what is going on but only a small amount badged over so it's more like they are thinking "is it worse that I didn't get badged"
But if don't have your resume updated and ready to go, you're in for a rude awakening!
at least 80% at COTG who is remaining - not counting the 25% that has already left!! We lost 8 people this month already - all GOT BETTER JOBS MAKING MORE MONEY WITHOUT THE BS OF HLC AND XEROX. This will hit the bottom line in 2Q. Take note of that buyers.
Com- at least 75%
XIM > 80%
RKD- >50% that I know of. Likely more. We've lost a handful already. Four resignations (that I know of) in the last 10 days alone.
COTG- >90%
