During the morning hours you will receive your vendors (Pepsi/Coke/Bread) and your Meat/Produce trucks.
In the evening hours you will receive your DC, your Frozen/Dairy trucks, and misc vendors (Frito).
No trucks are scheduled between 11:30pm and 4am.
We have been on this schedule for nearly a year now. 0400-1230 and 300pm - 1130. It works better than having an overnight crew. More associates on the floor to stock and assist members. Trucks start arriving at 4am.
Daytime receiving. You'll have a early crew and a late crew.
No clue about scheduling. I just know managers are scheduled until 11:30-12 at night now.
