Maybe there was already a thread about this, maybe there wasn’t. Couldn’t manage to find it on this board, so here it goes. Can’t imagine they will stop with the changes after eliminating the overnight shift. So, the question that comes to mind is what is next?What positions are in most danger of being eliminated at this moment?

Maybe not at your store, but most people work third because that is their availability. Half of our crew is leaving because they don’t have full daytime availability, and are being told that they can’t work with our schedules. So guess what that means, yep you are being laid off. Unemployment, here we come!!

^^^ I think the third party fresh supervision is BS. We know how to merch and do our jobs. Cut meat and throw produce et cetera.. they want to save expenses salt the wound and actually pay us to do our jobs not pick up the slack in regards to member service
Being a tier 3 club, supposedly Overnight crew will lose about 8 associates. Cutting from 25 to 17. Even more nobody knows when the changes will happen or how it will happen.
Over nights was not eliminated. It was just realigned. Nobody lost their job.

All fresh as Sam's is trying to go 3rd party with that.
