Bahahahahaha! The pResentation doesn’t have any confidentiality statements on it so you are totally fine. As you know from Working with Xerox for a long time, we have very very strict confidentiality markings that we use on our presentations and require being placed on our confidential information shared with strategic partners. As you can see here, no markings. All is good. .....sarc....

Well other than total imbeciles working on this. Lol.

What's going on? Is Xerox using HCL to replace Americans with H1Bs and/or to offshore jobs to India again? I've heard that they replaced Americans with H1Bs before and was wondering if this was another attempt of theirs to do it.

I am surprised that HCL and Xerox are not treating folks with a lot of valuable information more carefully. I would be worried that these people would go to the competition with customers list, expiration dates, pricing information, etc. They should be more careful.

53 page document

Agenda included Sheila Rosenblatt, Cyndi Skipper and Mike Donovan from XBS

Processes covered: Billing, Collections, Order Management, Cash Apps

They studied processes from Comdoc, Cotg, Dahill, ESI, Saxon and Zeno

True up schedule starts with Billing in Ohio on April 22nd

ends with Cash apps in Virginia on May 20th with the "golden processes" started June 3rd and ended june 9th

All about Right shoring page 27

Page 32. total cores 39, total headcount 531, cores covered during DD were COTG/ESI/ZENO, then lists cluster A, B, C, D with each showing headcount and managers

Page 33 lists managers of clusters (global people listed as I recognize the names), i'm thinking these are key people they need

page 34 is Flight Risk Summary, which cores have critical resources, top 5 cores with high number of critical resources are LEW, MOS,CSS,AOT,AMC

Next pages are the transitions to Guatamala and India:

Order entry 100%

Billing 90%

Cash apps 100%

Collections 100%

Page 39 lists the whole transition schedule in 4 waves, with overall timeline of 27 to 28 weeks

First wave go live date is NOV 2019

Second wave Jan 2020, then third Mar 2020 and final Jun 2020

I hope someone can post all screenshots so you can all see how planned out this is!
