HP is the buyer, and Xerox is doing the dirty work to provide a clean/lean Xerox for them. HP has been the buyer since the beginning and probably provided Xerox a checklist of what they needed cleaned up in order to purchase Xerox. HP doesn't want to purchase the whole of Xerox which is why Xerox is converting to a holding company in June. Once that happens, we will see a rapid sell-off of parts and an announcement of HP purchasing what remains by the end of the year. IMHO

Old news, though considering where most of the new C-Suite used to work, maybe we have already been sold to HP and simply don't know it yet, LOL (maybe).

I am not even going to read the article. I think if HP buys Xerox, they are id--t s. We’re such a mess right now.

So put me in the skeptic camp.
