Which ever bid gives the biggest payout to APC’s CEO will win.
Chevron will up the bid so more sell off of assets and more lay offs round the corner
The APC Board of Directors and shareholders would much prefer to be receiving CVX stock than OXY shares. That’s why Chevron will undoubtedly win the bid to acquire the company.
Oxy will not win the bid for APC. I guarantee Chevron will prevail.
