Not strictly true...they have owned Ithaca, a relatively small player for a while now. Incremental experience will come as part of the purchase....
Delek is an Israeli firm with zero upstream experience. Good luck with that.

From a colleague of mine there seems to have been a flurry of information at the start of the process and virtually nothing for many months now. Supposedly between Delek (Israeli) and Ineos (UK) for acquiring CUE
That seems weird - shouldn't they be briefing the employees on every aspect of the negotiation with the potential buyer? How else can employees plan ahead?
It's all went so quiet regarding the UK North Sea Asset sale. Anyone heard any news. Was speaking to an Aberdeen colleague this week and they are being kept in the dark about it. Only thing they have seen is in the media like all of us..

Anyone heard when this may be done and if it is definitely Delek who are the preferred bidder?
