Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

It's time to move on

Sam's Club seems to be in a never-ending cycle of change that continues to negatively affect both employees and members (who are on the receiving end of worsening customer service on daily bases.)

I kept hoping things would improve, but the last several months have convinced me that this is Sam's reality now. So I'm throwing in the towel.

Good luck to those of you who are staying. I have a feeling you'll need it.

They are not a quitter, the environment is too toxic, health and happiness will always over rule everything else and negative comments is what makes this place even worse. Who would want to work with people in a dums as though you are.
