Odd that a company who promotes Quality seems to only care about the QUANTITY. This ship is slowly but surely sinking. Molina will use people as long as they can and the minute they no longer need you, you'll be out like last nights trash. They dont care how good of an employee you are or how long you've been with their company when it's time it's time. The last thing anyone who's still a Molina employee should be is comfortable.

Molina Brothers were just as greedy as Trump but disguised as Democrats. Otherwise they wouldn’t have gone public.
I agree with you. I have been with Molina for about 8 years and everyone who applies for another department gets hired but me. I thought it was from my FLMA for my disability but another gal who has FLMA and is gone all summer ( with a bad back my a--) just got promoted to another dept. You really do have to be a favorite at Molina to be promoted. Molina is one f**up company when it comes to favoritism. I kind of hope they close all doors. I heard they can only close the call center though. To bad Molina doesn't respect all of us employees.

Don't take it so personally. You work, they pay you. You're using them as much as they're using you. Keep cashing that check until they fire you or you leave... either way, why constantly worry about it?
