Was this module done company wide or just a module for a specific area? Can u share the course number or name?
Just completing arbitration module meant you agreed with it. Need to send back out letter.
It is BS, most have no idea what they have "agreed" to and missed detail on what and where to send letter of arbitration.
To add a simple agree or not agree option must not have been in the budget.
My husband is a corporate attorney, CVS's attempt at trickery will never stand up in court.
Who knows? but whatever it is , they have given notice on the Layoff.com , so it must be 100% true and accurate like all posts.

Funny thing is ,is that I have a cousin who is an attorney for a very large, and known law firm in the Orlando area.(who deals with all kinds of major Corp cases)Back when we had to sign and opt in on this jargon, I printed an extra one to show him, when he looked at it all he could do is laugh saying. " this would never hold up in court".
What module are you guys referring to? Something on learnet?
All it took to opt out of that binding agreement was a letter (hope you kept a copy!) but they banked on the fact that most of CVS' employees were too lazy to do even that much. First thing I did after I completed that module.
Some of never accepted that!
