Anybody else receiv d a letter from prime clerk recently detailing the next proceedings? Just curious if we need to file again to retain our claim?

It's just formalities. I got all of my severance and except for maybe faking emotional distress I really don't have any claim. It's like the class action notice that you never see a penny from. I was in Automotive and just ran our shop never paying attention to any of the bull except changing strategy needed to make bonus. When margin became the payout I increased the prices and no one said anything. If you make money no one says c-ap but it's not the answer for not getting closed. Just milking the cow before it dies.

Yeah, it said no action is required for claimants. Still trying to decifer the legalese on exactly what the disclosure statement is, and what exactly it pertains to. Payments from cut Severances probably.
