Just wondering, except layoffs has anyone seen any other effect that the reorganizations are giving. Has anyone seen the announced positive effects of the changes, like longer trains, more effective operations, better organization...etc? I certainly haven’t

Something going on in Portland watch out train crews flooded with additional management something going down
The unions are slightly weaker now than they were before PSR was implemented. Executive compensation packages (which are tied to stock) have grown. Overall profits have increased, and the workforce is overstretched, overworked, underpaid, and under-resourced. This is apparently what was meant by "doing more with less".
It is beginning to look a lot like 1890s for railroad workers.
I’ve seen Lance with a sh-- eating grin talking about difficult times for the railroad amidst record profits and a nice 12 million dollar check for himself.
Nothing except record profits for Lance Fritz. Nothing but hurting employees who go in to work daily with ignorant rules about using their vacation time and ridiculous sick time rules, yet they still come to work daily. Every day they come in to meet quotas and work tirelessly to be let go 5 years later with not so much of a thanks or sorry. Just a go find another job..we could care less about you.
I’ve seen 3 mile trains. Heard they are gonna hot transportation next in the north. Lay-off everyone back to 2013
