Leads are going to go salary and start carrying keys. They will be the morning opener at 4am and closing clubs everyday and a manager will be eliminated from each club.

By leads do you mean those who are currently support/DMs? Will this hit Super Centers?
No one has still answered what kind of sh--ty schedule the TL will be subjected to yet either.

All COS will be a level 7 . MSS position is eliminated will now be a COS at level 7
So will TL have block schedule based on seniority like floor partners
Leads are not going to salary, they are not cutting out a manager just changing some responsibilities and what areas they run, day stocking is hitting clubs in June and you must have open availability or find another job.

Would not surprise me. Several places on the wire they have manager posted by my name instead of Team lead. If not now I can see them trying this in the near future.
