As 2019 is turning out to be a transitional year for the company, as we await the deployment of 5G I can’t believe that we are done with reorgs for this year. In that light I ask the question, has anybody heard anything on that matter? Any rumors?

2019 a transitional year? 😂 Verizon has reorganized and laid off every year since the vodaphone merger when they took on to much debt. Then they proceeded to buy AOL and Yahoo for millions of dollars putting them in more debt but the board and CEOs continue to get paid millions upon millions of dollars a year even though they have failed but the the employees take the consequences. Does management work harder than other employees? Do they deserve millions more than other employees? Come on open your eyes.
I wouldn't doubt it. The current org has me on job boards daily wishing I had taken the VSP. My department with effectively 4 people took on the work load of 24 people in addition to what we already have to do while the rest of the organization has had their work load halved. GD ridiculous.

BAU = Construction
What is BAU??
Agreed. Close brick and mortar and focus on digital. Less employees equates to more $$ for Hans.
Yes. But it doesnt affect BAU for my org
Yes, it always was and it always will be reorganizations...to accommodate big shots and make things a lot more complicated and stupid....
