Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Check out this article I just saw.

https://amp.businessinsider.com/costco-vs-sams-club-2019-4

Some of the pics they post while shopping at Sam's are embarrassing. I'm not blaming the associates. They're doing as much as they can. I would gladly pay more for a membership at Costco too.

They wanted to work me on my days off overtime was not a problem. It was for me I was totally exhausted and in pain worked 6 days in a row. I'm a cake decorator part time but now we are over welmed with orders and no help. I'm not k--ling myself cause thy hey don't have backup or help!

My take away is they found both Sams and Costco to be about the same and since they were a "life long shopper" of Costco, their mind was already set.

Yes I've seen worse also, but they're pointing out the results of a poorly staffed company. If I were the owner and saw this article I would be very embarrassed. I wish I could comment on the article and tell them that this is the case company wide. My CM is always complaining we don't have more chickens out, but she won't give me enough people in order to make it happen. You get what you pay for and Sam's is not putting their money where it counts. Instead they are taking away from it.
