@1tni You are absolutely correct. During the bankruptcy process the mall owners were pushing hard for Sears to liquidate so they could recapture the space. Sears was doing nothing to generate traffic in the malls.

This will be the fourth Sears store closed since Eddie bought the stores because Eddie didn't want to renew the lease. Obviously, we see a pattern here. When your lease is up Eddie won't renew it and closes the store. New Sears the same as Old Sears.
Pretty sure this is a new one. We're back to stealth closures.
