What does global team lead mean?? I heard no more jewelry. Technology...grocery.. etc. Will be global team leads working all areas. Ugh!!!!

MSS position will be gone, just another COS. All TL will work weekends days off will be during the week. Thank you Block Scheduling
I would as well. Can’t even ask a question without some smart a-- giving unwanted remarks .. if you’re so miserable LEAVE. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out. I have a feeling you won’t be happy anywhere you go. Sams is far from perfect. But I don’t know any job that is. Work your 8 hours and go home. Leave it at the workplace.

How did that night lead thing work out for you? Did you lead your team to great success or did you run the whole program straight into the c-apper?
So now all leads are going to have the same responsibility as what the night lead use to have. About damn time

This is correct, you must be able to speak at least 3 other languages fluently. One day you must speak French and explain the perfect cheese course to members in Expanded Fresh. The next day you will speak Spanish while working at the Tire Department, explaining proper rotation and air pressure for all tire types. Your Global Team Lead tour would not be complete without talking English while explaining how the Sam’s Choice Toilet Paper leaves 7.86% less dinkleberries on one’s bum after the standard 3-4 wipes.
