I’m hearing a lot of things, are team leads going to be caring manager keys and closing and opening as the managers would? and also are they consolidating in the number of managers? If so what would the new structure for managers be

Was just informed that there are more changes than what is listed here. Assistant mgrs are having a meeting Monday morning about changes. Teamleads will be having meetings after that.
Team Leads already worked almost every weekend unless they requested off.
Managers along with TL's will now work weekends
@YLBdkvq-cbk- Maybe no mgr cuts yet but it will happen once they get all the new key carriers trained. With all the leads carrying keys there will be no need for the O/N Mgr to be there. The only reason that mgr wasn't cut is because they wouldn't have enough people to open and close the building since overnights has went or will be going to days. That writing is on the wall from what this wonderful group of leaders have done in the past.

2 managers per area and there’s only three areas so no cuts. , 4 TL key holders and they will be pretty much like a MIT i would think
