everything hes doing to hurt the company and its employees is to increase his pay....legalized theft by those in power. for the little guy to accomplish what hes doing you'd have to take it from the cash register...but thatd land you in jail and youd lose your job. marvin,though, will get an atta boy and a pat on the head the more he destroys lives.
