Bammel is being micro managed into the ground. They are more concerned about painting stripes and where your pens and pencils go than production or taking care of their employees. Henley and Co. need to go and new management isnt much better. I hope they enjoyed their bonuses while everyone else struggles to pay bills.

Colour coded brushes and shovels anybody? b---s--- until its overflowing...
It's the same here at Schlumberger SHTC STONEHOUSE U.K.
This rubbish is being enforced troughout the oil services industry, the focus shifted from doing a good productive job to endless tick the box non relevant training, RIR, QHSE, EXCEL TO EXCEL ETC are given priority above everything else.
The ability to go to work and just get on the work has been severly restricted, no wonder all major companies are now making huge losses and cutting staff.
White lined floors and pencils laid out neatly, polished tools displayed but hardly used are the order of the day but sadly they generate no income for the employees or the company.
Time for change or continue the slow decline. Management please wake up to reality and make some constructive positive changes, we need to produce tools and continue to make new innovitive products or slowly decline and fade away.

The whole of NOV is micro managed. Simply cos managers can’t manage. Manage a manager
