Most self-proclaimed Management Guys used to be those kids who hang out with the bullies and laugh at their stupid jokes in school days .They do the same thing when they hold top positions in the organisation. Hire Managers who can bully their team members and get the job done .It is a simple mathematics either you get the job done by bullying them and incur big losses or by winning their trust and convert it into huge profits .

One doesn't have to operate with great malice to do harm . The absence of empathy and understanding are sufficient .
This “management guy” isn’t a guy, but a high school homecoming queen, ivy leave college graduate. I never laughed or bullied guys, but sometimes felt sorry for them. I suppose some grew into bitter men, and resent success. I was sorry when they bullied you then, and am sorry if they bully you now. I still hope that you find peace and comfort somewhere in your future.
