Your right it should not be. Who said anything about being upset? I welcome being accountable for my job. Who said anything about not working when I want? I am happy with my schedule. Really look around and STOP ASSuming. I would like to stay working my schedule as I have for over 18 years.
It should not be.. The GM is by the book and holds everyone to the same standard so if you are upset I assuming it’s because you are being held accountable for doing your job and not being able to work what ever you want.. You are being scheduled according to business needs and Job!!
