Any insight, How much space they currently occupies there @ HE?

The former AT&T campus in Hoffman Estates (maybe 4 or 5 miles east of Sears... on Central road near Barrington Rd) was also a beautiful corp campus but being redeveloped into a mix of residential and retail space. Mc Donalds left their Oakbrook campus and Motorola left their campus is Schaumburg last year and that's being redeveloped. I am guessing a similar fate for Sears, they definitely don't need all that space. And I recall when they spent millions to build "Building G" about 15 or 20 years ago. Going to be interesting to see how this plays out.
nearby Allstate abandoned their campus and it was all torn down it was a shame and a waste because it was such a nice campus but nobody wanted it and Allstate did not want to pay taxes on the buildings
Future site of abandoned corporate headquarters. Fast forward 5 years, and it will be future site of empty field.

About 3 or 4 months ago someone posted approx 1200 or 1300 but guessing that has declined since then.
