Cisco's most of the future revenue will come from so called 3rd world countries and Bangalore will be epicenter for all these new business. This is the reality.

Old wood is a drag on Cisco. New blood is the only way to rejuvenate Cisco back to the glory days.

That's fantastic. Get rid of dead wood and replace with hardworking smart young folks. The stock price is going up. Win-win for cisco and customers.
