This club is probably the worst club to work in. Managers don’t know their area or a simple question and instead spend their days upstairs eating and sitting around relaxing while the hourlies do all the grunt work. Don’t even ask for the front end manager to help. She is always to busy. Also that produce and bakery manager is a tool who should have been let go of long ago.

I work at a club in the same market and your club manager has no problem coming out and getting his hands dirty. I would trade him for our current club manager anyday. 8169 has the reputation of a well ran club. The thing is, at every club there will be a few associates that are unhappy and resistant to change. To those associates, if you're unhappy then turn in your badge. They will hire/promote someone with a better attitude and actually wants to be there.
I work at 8169 and those managers you speak of are nothing what you are portraying them to be. Sounds like you need to get a life dude.
