Thread regarding Union Pacific Corp. layoffs

Goodbye Hinkle

Two yard jobs staying, the traffic is going to Albina and to Nampa. The MTO in Nampa quit. The managers in Hinkle are getting relocated, others are just out of luck. Should crater out Portland and Nampa

When I hired out I'd have to listen to these job f---ing bitter a--holes telling me slow down don't work so hard you'll get nothing in return but rule violations and more work blah blah blah... it took nearly 7 years before I said "holy f--- I understand now" the harder you work, earlier you show up, more trains you build your taken a giant dhit on, Get some FMLA, show up whenever, f--- the job into the dirt, your records clean, your making tons of$$$ and if your mistakenly caught for being a douch bag claim harassment... f--- you Union Pacific.... worst rairoad EVER.

I would probably seek truthful information from a furloughed MSO as the East Oregonian did since TH seems to be the local PSR expert! Another good source of information would be all of the machinists and electricians that are furloughed that never stood a chance in the real world because daddy got them a job at UPRR and their families look at these jobs as an entitlement!

According to this site, every shop is closing and the railroad is going out of business! It does no good to post any real information as all of the trolls and people who are full of bs because they where furloughed post nothing but false information!!

This is true. Vena and his cronies were in Hinkle this past weekend and flat switching is not working as planned . Say goodbye to the yardmaster’s, virtually every yard job, most of the managers and carman. We all know that Portland and Nampa will not be able to pull this off but this is the plan for now. Buckle up people it’s going to be a bumpy road!
