Seems to be lots of hiring of Directors in both F&B and HGBU teams - and with few or no reports. What do these people do? No clear job descriptions. F&B may have all the new hires but in hotels - most of the same old Micros managers are still here - why? These folks have shown they don't like being acquired by Oracle, don't want to follow rules and no one seems to be able to force them to do their jobs. Chaos
