There is a freeze on hiring and all transfers effective Friday for a few weeks. I was told it had to do with a new system / computer program. Just seems too coincidental, any other ideas ?

It is no big deal . It was told to all leads . It is all because of the systems changing . It is only for two weeks . No big deal
It was on the wire that they were gonna do this. I think it is only for about 2 weeks
Career preference is going away. Workday recruiting coming into play. Not everything is some conspiracy theory.
