Why is there so much gossip and management & team leads scarring and threatening too us lower co workers. I wanted to move up the food chain and one day be a store director, now I just want to get the hell out of here. Sam’s club has zero respect or care for there employees.

I get that you don’t want to give them a dime back but you are one of the reasons that we are all worried about our jobs. Amazon is not a direct competitor to Sams per say but they are still taking income away from us. Which is one of the reasons that they are cutting everything in the clubs. We can only take care of each other because they won’t take care of us!
Try working for amazon, and see how amazon treats their employees. No saying Walmart is any better, however is just as bad or worst.

Thats why I no longer spend a dime here. Buy all my stuff from Amazon. I love Amazon.
