You can be as angry as you wish. It doesn’t change the fact that Xerox systematically dismantled the Direct sales force in order to lower the cost of sales and eliminate it over a 10 year period. It was orchestrated and intentional.
Little did they know GIS, Agents, Channels couldn’t handle many major accounts they were handed on a silver platter.
I’m sorry if you were told that you were the greatest. You were cheaper. That’s why you were handed the accounts. And now Xerox is pursuing a whole new level of cheap.
Sorry to be so blunt, but if you are going to be so naive to think you were the best just because you were told this by your leaders then I will be here to tell you the truth. You were cheap. And the UMC / transfer costs were altered to make GIS appear more profitable. But, keep believing your leaders. They had nothing to do with this.
