Thread regarding Sears layoffs

Restructuring

During the month of May is restructuring time @ Kmart & probably @ Sears also. I can only imagine that they are going to fool around with the positions & get rid of some of us full timers. Has anyone heard about this? These topics are anonymous so would really appreciate someone insight on this matter. Any SM or DM that might be able to give us any kind of insight on this topic will be most appreciated.

Eddie won’t have to cut management at my sears store in michigan... they are leaving on their own because our store manager is awful! Disrespectful talks down to people and nobody likes him at all!

Went into the store last night and the place was dead!

Don’t know how they justify the overpaid store manager with no sales! Why On earth does a store with no customers need a store manager when it’s the ASMs and regular employees that do all the work?

@YPRTB9E-evj I am sure everyone has a reason to stay or leave if they wish. I have also told people to go find another job. In my case I am a older person on the verge of retirement. I can only imagine that those that are hanging on must have their reasons also.

Just hang on if you are laid off there is unemployment to fall back on while you look for work. don't let somebody with a bad attitude run you off from your job.

If you're so concerned about losing a job go out and find a new one while you still HAVE a job

Its tough finding a job when you're unemployed

Once fe is thru raping the corpse of SHC a Ch. 7 is inevitable
