You know layoffs are coming when they take your whole group's pipeline for an experiment.... new leaders always lead to new layoffs. It's so sad. We used to be kept informed. Now it's all hush hush. Make it through Thursdays and you're relieved one more week. Best of luck to all of us. I love this company and hate this procedure.

For the one mention to be on the office on 5/17. Can I ask what State you are in?
Managers are never told that far in advance. Especially if you’re in mortgage.

Had a town hall today. Lots of talk about embracing change and being open to mobility. Manager story about how she benefited from a consolidation in the past. Only one way to interpret these types of comments from management.
Ecco that. And for my experience. The laid off are done Mondays and Thursday’s good luck to everyone one my area goes to meetings and huddles but they don’t tell us nothing.
