I was hired in my 30s to do jewelry only worked for 20 years help build a nice size clientele Then one day was told pick 3 am or 4 pm Go work the floor Lift items 20 lbs Pull pallets of many item of 20lbs Bend over clothes tables for 8 to 9 hrs straight folding Do OYI for the club before you leave and by the way throw away all those nasty boxes all night until close In my 30 s when I started I would have told them to eat c-ap! But now they are telling me to eat c-ap! This is what you get for 20 years service people
You wont even be a "jewelry associate" anymore. Sure they will still call you to help a member and re-stock . I'm a part-time jewelry, the only one and I am barely able to get out inventory because I am told they need help primarily in clothing or at the door.I will be lucky if I get more than 20 hrs a week now and everyone will be trained in jewelry , they do not need a lead. Who do you lead.yourself? I doubt I'll even stay.
The old bat is lieing fake what club u at ill see if you are correct
Our lead told today she will be in with the floor leads
The rhetoric from 30+ --- wow!
Ignorance is bliss!
I’m a 30+ year jewelry lead. First 15 years I was in the cash office. Never worked a weekend yet and I ain’t about to start now. I’m too valuable to the members. My Club manager hasn’t said anything to me about shift changing so you id--ts are all full of it saying my job is leaving. Others have had their sit down discussions.
I’m in the clear.
The jewelry Team lead position has been gone for awhile now.
Ha ha bye
Let’s wait and see what the 30 year+ jewelry lead has to say...
Jewelry TL is finally gone. She was a lazy worthless smell of old lady perfume b--ch anyway. Making way too much to help 3 members all day and get no sales.
No Jewelry Team Lead, goes with Front End.
