How does this company expect you to spend time with your familys? I myself have 2 kids and am a single parent with no other siblings or living parents. So tell me why I have to close every night and not spend time with my kids. Anyone else in this boat?

If I’m told I will be working all closings I may take my severance and find a new job. Also hate seeing my night crew get split into 2 shifts. There like family after 16 years 😢.
