What are the prepared leads hours they work?

You have the option to move to another area as long as there is a position available. There is a headcount for every area that has to be followed. They cannot just make a position for you anymore.
Can you step down from being a lead and work in a different area? Have any of you done this?
Has anyone not signed this paperwork? I get talked to tomorrow and I dont agree to this as I've been here 17 years and just like many others I have a family. I cannot do this schedule. However I need to obviously get my ducks in a row b4 I can just quit. So if you dont sign do they make you leave that day? Like you get fired?

Prepared Foods Team Lead hours are changed to 1-930pm. I guess they want glorified pizza makers. Because that's all there going to get. Who is going to do the ordering for Café and HMS, making sure morning crew in HMS is preparing enough food and so on. I guess corporate doesn't realize we make food fresh not a day ahead like bakery. So sad.... They are screwing with peoples lives. It will bite them in the a-- later on.
What are your options if you do agree to the new hours? Can you change areas? Like sales floor?

1 - 9:30 with Tuesday/Wednesday off

1:30 to 9:30 everyday as well as produce lead. Bakery and meat lead am shift everyday
