What the actual hell does their job do now? How do you dispense orders and do carryouts?

Our Club pickup is responsible for b--ching about every little thing, having 25% of their orders filled by night shift, and dodging answering any radio calls or helping out in any area. Also fails to complete orders on time and ask for help from short staffed areas to help complete "his" job.
Im a 20 year associate in club pick up. I was told today that I had first pick of shifts but that my only option for days off were Wednesday and Thursday with the early shift. Wth.... not even one weekend day off is ridiculous.
I’m one of the lucky ones not stuck with closings all the time.... and I think it’s crazy that they are making people do that. I have no idea how they think people can have a family life.
Whoever came up with this c-ap needs to be fired!

What days are club pick up taking off are you offered a choice?? Is anyone getting weekends off?
Let's not forget answering
Phone calls from members that cant get the website to work and those who want their orders early, helping at the door, load merchandise for members who cant lift, showing people where merchandise is., spotting. and I'm sure there's a few things I missed.
Everything. Pull orders, check out members, drop product that isn't stocked out (gotta make sure those orders are full), put back orders that didn't get picked up, answer calls for runners, cancel expired orders, check AMP daily!, sell plus, sell credits, help members on the sales floor, carryouts, oh yeah and push carts.
