Are COS getting pay raise? What’s their new role?

All COS positions are being eliminated. Each front end will have up to 4 Member Service Team Leads. Those not selected for lead positions will have to take pay cuts and will be moved to other areas of each Club. So the former solo front end lead will now share responsibilities with up to 3 others. It’s a good thing in one club, because that lead was a thief, liar and d--g addict who gets by with mileage theft and personal property theft. Not to mention an associate turned In cruel text messages, to management, where this lead conspired with other associates to vandalize a good associates personal property. Yes it’s true and that lead still has a job!
If you don’t want full time you are forced to step down. They want accountability with front end leads, no more I’m not the lead.
So if a COS doesnt want to be a TL will they be offered a package to leave ive been a TL in this company and dont want to be again,,its a total pain in the ass

Yes you all will be level 7, but you all will be required to be full time. No more part time cos.
