Just had our overnight transition meeting - Ohio Club. Here are the facts
YES, we were offered a severance, FT with 1 year, PT with 5 years employment. Club will transition to days June 22nd. Block schedules are offered to FT associates first by tenure, then offered to PT associates by tenure. All associates will work weekends. This will be your permanent schedule with the same 2 days off. Shifts are 4am - 12:30 pm or 3pm - 11:30 pm, after these shifts are filled, PT associates will fill in the gap between 12:30pm - 3pm with shifts like 11am - 4pm , 12pm - 5pm.
