Stay positive because nothing ever stays the same. You’ll get people like those THOUSANDS crossing the border everyday.
My schedule would be 5-130 not 6-230 and I'm a meat lead
And then hold me resposible.
There is POSITIVELY no way they will pay out overtime, so they will only have you work up to 40 hours no matter how much work needs to be done in your department.

I am three people short, and I will lose half the people I do have with this. I want to stay positive. Give me a reason.
No closing. Schedule is set.
6-230. Mondays and Tuesdays off. No maneuvering in our market. We didnt even get an option off our 2 days off. If you want a weekend off have to use PTO or no pay
Are you sure there would not be a closing once a week? Maybe different club to club?
