So my club manager said when you take vacation you can no longer get 2 sat and sun in a row off . Before would take sat sun mon tue wed Thursday Friday sat and sun and come back to work on Monday.... he said we can no longer do that Has any one else heard this in your club ?

Having worked part time as a greeter after 45 years with Verizon Federal I now have to be in at 6 AM to mop floors. I am 73 years old and just wanted something to do. Did not realize that I signed up to work in a sweat shop. We have very few radios that work and not enough scanners not enough associates. If you happen to get a radio at the exit door for Parking Assistance the guys have no radios. Older Members can't get the shopping carts apart.

Listen up. It’s been that way since SIMPLIFIED SCHEDULING came out in 2011 or 2012. But, all the mgrs were too scared to enforce it! No. I’m serious. Ask an old school CM or a long term PTC, IF you still have one working a different job in the building....
Our club manager went to that for assistant managers. But not associates. Its the club manager doing it.
Don’t believe anything anybody tells you. Just do what you want. This is a free country.
That same CM probably denies your request but at the same time he goes on vacation and takes both weekends . And makes a comment “ whenever they are GM they can do what they want “
Tell him(and have false proof) that you are going out ofthe country and take two weeks off!

Your CM is just making up his/her own rules.
Nothing has changed for requests off.

You can request Off whatever you want. They can approve Or reject any request.
