I’m a produce lead and this new block scheduling absolutely s---s for us fresh leads. We don’t get a option To pick our days off like other leads. I get sun and mon off and close every night. Also I’m a firefighter and we have meetings and training and Night I close. When ask my manger about this he said nothing he can do this is your new schedule just deal it with. There is no changes to the schedule This bull because now i need to chosen if I can still be on the fire department and work this stupid schedule.
