I heard a couple team leads will be assigned as club key holders. Does this come with a pay raise?

We will have keys and codes to open or close the store without anyone else present. And as far as I can tell, no raise or compensation of any kind will be coming... also the new 3rd party wireless people get commission wages/bonuses and now get commission on any apple products.... even if it's not wireless/cellular related... why couldn't they just pay us for performance?
I think the Sam's club side of Walmart is badly in debt and is desperately looking for cost savings anywhere it can find them. Having good employees is now a luxury they can no longer afford. Just my opinion...
We've been keyholders for like a year now. All of our locks have a master lock and 1 key opens all our doors besides accounting. Leads check in vendors when recv isnt there. We open the trash for demos, meat, cafe. We will generally lock and unlock the entrance and exit doors. Not that big of deal to be honest. I carry 3 keys lol.
Yeah, it comes with a 2% raise in February lol
