So I’m sure this will be down voted. But to all the people complaining. If you don’t like it just quit. If your not happy just quit. Nobody is making you work here. Go back you school better your self and get a better job. Like I said I’m sure this will be down voted and the funny thing is by down voting it your just proving my point which is awesome. Don’t you agree?

I can agree with the original post. This company is a double edged sword. The company isnt ever going anywhere but it will always change. So either roll with it or find something else. I know change s---s but it's the company for ya. I've accepted the fact my job could be next but where am.i going to go and make what I make. I have a college degree too.
Why do you come to a lay off site and think you will find people happy and full of enthusiasm. Lol I think you need to go somewhere else if this all bothers you so much.
I think it is sad all the associates with decades of experience that get screwed over every year. Our region was known for knocking people from a 7 pay-grade with 30 years to a Cashier with a pay cap.
EVERYONE deserves better, its not about quitting or toughing up. Its about using your skills where they are appreciated and have job security. The jobs are out there if you look, I swear !! You may have to start from scratch with vacation, but at least you can actually use it without penalties and have a normal schedule ... Apply !!! No harm in looking !!
