Should be someone who can break the mould and then put it back together again making sure all those tiny little slivers are glued in too otherwise it just looks like something cheap and nasty that someone dropped and didn’t have enough glue left over to fix it and especially with it being a mould and all that it needs to be smooth and definitely not have any imperfections never mind holes. That in a nutshell are the defining qualities of the ideal NEEP VP.
