What is the word out of PRC regarding Project Montana?

PRC should have been dismanted after the fcukups at Gorgone and Wetstones. The fact PRC is still around and still disfunctional makes me feel that nothing would change going forward.
Project Montana ... right-sizing the organization (primarily PRC and ETC) to align with business strategy. Makes perfect sense, under the existing business model.

Hopefully it’s not a rolling initiative through TPS. We’ve been in a constant state of downsizing since 2014. Morale k--ler.
