I took the AEC survey yesterday and pretty much told them that I hope that they have A LOT of applicants because they are going to need them. This new schedule will do nothing but force people to quit! I don’t know if anyone up there reads anything that they ask our feedback on but I bet they pay attention when they have NOONE to run the club! Sam Walton would be so ASHAMED of what his company has become! Happy Employees =Happy Members =Profit not the other way around!

They are estimating that 20percent of the associates in each club will quit.
Totally agree the company has fallen it’s gone. I get rewarding tenure service. Here’s a thought for you bring back time and half for them. Now that’s something to boost morale in the company. We will never be able to keep associates in the club. I have a family and will not work 1-9:30 everyday.
Why are we still doing these ridiculous surveys??
Horrible changes, actions, direction sent down by home office, regurgitated down to regionals, then the retaliatory threats start from regionals and market managers. Clubs get the c-ap responses and it's no fault of the club. They don't do individual manager surveys anymore because it was too obvious who the problem managers were at club, market & regional levels. They need to have hourlys rate the market and regional managers along with all club level managers. Most club level managers have to mirror the market managers attitude, thoughts, actions, no life allowed outside of Sam's lifestyle or they "find" problems. They also weren't getting applicants for higher up positions by experienced, knowledgeable, hard working leaders. Instead of fixing the problem, as usual, shoves under the carpet, promotes the wrong people above club level and the cycle continues... these surveys are a literal joke.
