Yes you stay and close this is the reason your the closer, pick up a f---ing broom and sweep, pull out pallets and mop, get a towel and wipe sh-- off. This will be no picnic, everyone will be working hard a-- labor.

Your sales won’t update until 10 pm so your onhands won’t be accurate doing an audit at night. Thus making things worse than not doing one.

There is a reason why you do audits before open.

You will have to train a dependable AM shift to do it on your slowest truck day.
