Has anyone been told what asst. manager hours will be when block scheduling actually begins? Haven’t heard anything definitive here.

I would love to punch in as a manager and be paid overtime on anything over 50 hours. When can we start. At times I may be a few minutes late and its usually because I got off 2 hours later than what I was suppose to the day before. Most of the people b--ching on this site caused the company to totally rewrite the attendance policy because you think its ok to come to work when you please. Lets face it we do not work for the best company in the world we are far from it but you choose to work here just like me. You have a job and when you miss you put that burden on your co-workers and why i'm saying that I don't know because the same people could care less about there co-workers. Most of you should have at least 4 days of PPTO so thats a total of 9 days you could miss in a 6 month period and the ones that don't is because you burned up most of your PTO last year by continually calling in and had nothing to roll over. You need to be gone and the sooner the better.

They should have to clock in and out...they would point out in 2 weeks.

They are never on time but ready to leave 10 min early.

All I’ve heard is it will be like fresh lead schedule. Not based on seniority. Position based decided by corporate
