They claim this is working in some other clubs? Which clubs have this and is it really working?

Off Sunday and Monday
Was night crew
We meet at 3
Get assigned areas
Zone and members service on floor then stock at 830
It will be great for the ones that open every single day. I am a long term associate who is lead in fresh it will not work out for me so they will be losing a very loyal associate. But they will replace me and pay someone less. It makes no sense to be loyal to a company that could care less if you have to choose your job or your family life. Alot in my way of thinking has changed.
long term cross training will improve membership service.
Short term clubs are going to lose a lot of experienced associates and it will take time to get some clubs back to a functional staff.
for a few folks it will be great...but over all there is no way that it is working out...my guess is that the workers at those clubs have been threatened with bad things if they post the truth on social media...i will be eagerly waiting til say august to see how folks are saying it is going...by then we will all be doing it and the bad old genie will be out of the bottle
No more door greeter standing like a statue, work are get the f--- out. Best thing this company has done.
I bet the stock levels look like sh-- with having to do club pick up and only 3 hours of forklift stock for a small group of people instead of a larger team with no members.
